Nightmare of a week. My laptop fell off the coffee table and would not start. And a couple of days later, my external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Of course, I had so many files on these hard drives. I called for some help and dropped off my stuff.
Within a day, I got a call back with a diagnosis and the cost to repair. The repair costs were fair and reasonable. Logic board replacement and data recovery.

My laptop was quite slow and needed extra RAM to speed it up, and Windows 7 needed to be upgraded. I had been to another repair shop, and he told me it could not be fixed and just buy another one.
Art helped me with data recovery as well as the OS, a lot of my memories got saved. And his prices are pretty reasonable. I could trust him with my laptop and his work, hence I gave 5 stars. He also gave me a 5 % discount.
